Congratulations on your upcoming arrival! It's a very exciting time, but if it's your first child, it can be a little overwhelming on what you should get to be ready. Click HERE to see what I recommend you put on your registry.
Babylist.com is the app that I used for my registry. I liked it a lot because you could add any item from anywhere. Granted, I mostly used Amazon, but there were some things I really wanted from Target. This app allowed me to tag things from multiple places and the app gave a price comparison if multiple places had the same product. Pretty neat.

Things that I wouldn't bother putting on a registry:
Binkies - no need to put these on your registry because people will get you them every time, no matter what, and until you know how your baby is going to like one versus another, I wouldn't bother.
Clothes - This another thing that people are going to get what they get despite what you put on your registry. I personally got so many clothes and none of them were the ones that I took the time to choose.
Wipes Warmer - these things are just silly. If you really don't want the wipe to be too cold, just take a second to blow on it. Other wise, these warmers need to be constantly upkept. It's stationary because it has to be plugged in, so you are obligated to change your child in a particular area. It's more of a bother than it's worth.
Changing Table - When ordering a crib, many people just opt for the set that comes with a changing table furniture piece. I think they are a huge waste of money because often times it is kept in the baby's room and usually moms are not going to bring their baby back to that location just to change their diaper. I found having one or two changing pads around the house work great. Much more affordable and utilized.
